The authors report the generation, structure and function of a fully humanized, humanized antibody that profoundly inhibits follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) actions in cell-based assays. Administration to ovariectomized mice prevented bone loss also accumulation adipose tissue when fed high-fat diet (HFD).
